Boyfights

Boyfights are an indie rock quartet based in Galway. They fuse melodic, soulful, sultry vocals with hard hitting drumbeats, driving bass and screeching guitars. The members include songwriter and rhythm guitarist Eoin Reilly; percussionist Dan Nestor; and vocalist/bassist Liza McCann. The recent recruitment of Oh Boland drummer Simon McDonagh on guitar and backing vocals brings out further dynamics and possibilities in Boyfight’s songs. Boyfights played their first show in june 2013 supporting Enemies and have since opened for a long list of bands including, Le Galaxie, Peace, Fight Like Apes and Cormac's Big Band, as well with playing along side many great acts at Westport Festival 2014.
