After a successful 2011 in which he Released his Acoustic Solo Album 'Nature Of Life', McCalmont is now recording a new Full Band, Soul/Funk Album, featuring Craig Donaldson on Bass, Michael Buckton on Guitar and Donal Hoban on Drums. Two Tracks 'Speeding Train' and 'Wishes' have been Playlisted on TrenTMix Radio based in France.
Earlier this year, performing at the Ri-Sessions in Arklow, Dennis met Musician/Producer Gavin Ralston, which in turn has led to Gavin being involved in Mixing/ Producing McCalmont's 'Speeding Train', a track receiving Positive feedback and destined for the finished Album.
