Lou McMahon is a Singer/Songwriter from Co. Clare. Her extended play 'Delicate Dancer' is produced by and features Terry Woods of Irish rock band 'The Pogues' fame. Lou has been touring Nationally, performing as a support act to critically acclaimed artists such as; Mundy, JackL, Mary Coughlan, David Kitt and many more. In conjunction with her tour she was fortunate enough to perform on TV3's Ireland am. Her performance on Ireland am lead to Lou selling out Whelan's upstairs venue, Dublin. Lou's music is played on both National and Local radio stations, RTE Radio One and Clare FM to mention but a few...

Good news for Lou recently - Her song 'A RIVER' has been selected for a compilation cd, featuring the best of Ireland's unsigned acts. The cd is entitled 'Fighting Chance, Volume 2 and A River is track no. 1. This cd is going to be distributed with THE IRISH DAILY MAIL Newspaper on OCTOBER 22nd 2011.
