"... a sweet sounding record that benefits from a warm, live sounding production and an honest vocal delivery".
Hot Press (IRL)

"... a remarkably mature and compelling record and on its’ own terms... containing beautifully-crafted songs, concerted bouts of beefy Roots rockin’ and plenty of atmospheric intrigue, ‘Sleepers’ is a marvellous debut. 9/10".
Whisperin & Hollerin (UK)

"'Hearts of Gold' is a stunning track brimming with the atmospheric sound of the slide guitar and beautifully soothing harmonies that make the most of the song's male/female vocal blend. Gemma's tones are as pure and enchanting as always, providing perfect accompaniment for Monrail's clear musical talents. If this warm and engaging track is anything to go by, Monorail's debut offering is sure to be a beauty".
