Sweet Jane's origins lie in 2008, what started as a recording project between Danda & Lydia Des Dolles, quickly evolved into the Sweet Jane you know today, alongside Ruairi & Donagh, Sweet Jane have moved on to become one of Ireland's most exciting & talked about Rock & Roll band.

In 2008 they released their debut EP ‘Blackboots & Blackhearts’ to a succession of positive reviews from weekly’s, monthlies and the tres important blog world, which resulted in their 2009 signing to Reekus Records in Ireland.
