We Were Giants are a Dublin band quoted as being a ‘sky-scraping indie rock band with an anthemic touch’. Made up of brothers Colm, Ste and close friends Danny and Jay, We Were Giants have a huge sound that swells from tenderly soft to bone-crushingly loud.

In December 2014, we released our current single 'All I Want' to great critical acclaim, attracting considerable airplay including:
New track of the week - Colm O’Sullivan, Today FM
New Irish track of the week - Dara Quilty, 98FM
Recommended playlist for RTÉ

We are lined up to record our next two singles with acclaimed Scottish producer Tony Doogan (Belle and Sebastian, Mogwai) this August in Attica Studios, Donegal (Villagers) and will release the first of those later in the year.

Our first EP, 'part one' was recorded and mixed in our kitchen.
Stand out tracks, 'She Said' and 'Vampires' were well received by some of Ireland's top radio presenters including Dave Fanning, Rick O'Shea, John Barker and Cathal Funge.
Completed a tour of Germany in summer 2013 which included a headline slot on the white stage at the Dithmarscher Rockfestival in Marne and played YouBloom Dublin, Indie Week Ireland and FOCUS Wales Festivals 2014 and 2015.

The beautiful video for All I Want is available to stream on YouTube now at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIQ76ymKy9c and is available for download on iTunes and streaming on Spotify.
