Alan Daniel Tobin is a songwriter, music/film producer and graphic designer, working from a log cabin at the side of my home in Carrigaline, County Cork.
He is hugely influenced by the sea and the West Cork landscape. I have written and recording four studio albums, two albums with my band LOWmountain and two as a solo artist (ADT).
He is an honorary member of the Irish band, Interference and a member of the alt-folk band, LOWmountain.
Alan has been writing songs since he was 15 years old and taught myself how to play guitar.
He loves the recording process, finds it exciting, fulfilling and powerful.
He has shared the stage with Glen Hansard, John Spillane, Jerry Fish, Mundy and Bill Shanley.
