Ares Redemption

Ares Redemption are a Laois based rock 4 piece made up of Jack on Vocals/keys/guitar, Chloe on guitar/vocals, Pravin on bass and Alan Eakins on Drums. Formed in late 2020 by Jack, who set about recording songs he had written with the view the band would come later.
The band currently 5 singles released to date and have become a regular feature on Radio Nova's Friday night rock show.
Jack is the chief songwriter and tends to write with an honesty that can be both self-reflecting and brutal. The song topics range from domestic abuse, to love to mental health issues.The writing style varies and while the band fly under the umbrella of rock, some songs could be seen as soft while others border metal. The band also refuse to be pigeon holed and have adapted sets to an acoustic audience as well as playing to a rock crowd.
The band have been trying to build a following playing venues and festivals across the country and were delighted to be on the bill for both Livestock and Forest Fest in 2022 & 23. They have also played venues such as Fibbers and are looking forward to upcoming shows in Dublin and Louth. The band are looking to press on in 2024 with as many live shows as possible.
