Hailing from Dublin, Artsipolo boast a unique blend of hip-hop and indie-rock, all tied together by gripping lyricism, compelling hooks and weeping guitars.
Originally formed as a band for his solo project ‘student’, Luke Dunning (Lead Vocals/Guitar) pulled together a combination of artists from various musical worlds to create the unique style Artsipolo are known for.
Consisting of himself, Aaran Mccullagh (Bass), Adam Dunning (Drums) and Ryan Sirt (Lead Guitar/Backing Vocals), the group debuted to a sold out Button Factory in November 2022. Since then, Artsipolo have been playing regularly across some of Dublin’s most reputable venues. Fans and listeners alike struggle to find a genre to match Artsipolo’s unique sound, but they have been likened to anything from Red hot chili peppers to Kojaque.
Following the release of their single “Glass Hands”, a compelling song narrating a tale of adolescence in working class Dublin backed by catchy guitar hooks and bass lines, Artsipolo have been gearing up to release their debut album.
