Chris Wong

Chris Wong is a multi-genre singer-songwriter. Born in Dublin, the polished Irish/Hong Kongese artist is praised for his endearing, heartfelt lyricism and soulful live shows. The 26 year old has been gathering fans apace since the release of his debut single,‘Talents’, as well as receiving support from the likes of HotPress, BBC, RTE and District Magazine.

Wong has since gone on to make multiple appearances at major Irish festivals such as Forbidden Fruit (where he shared the stage with Olivia Dean and Rachel Chinouriri), All Together Now, where he was praised as “one to keep an eye on the future” (Liam de Brun, Extra.ie), Other Voices and Cork Jazz Festival.

The past year has seen Wong play to sold out crowds in Dublin and London. Notably, his presence is being felt in America. Wong recently played a string of shows in LA and San Francisco after grabbing the attention of industry figures in LA.

Chris is also heavily involved in Irish Indie-Rock group Papa Romeo. His skills as a lead guitarist and vocalist are heavily utilised here. When he’s not on stage for his own solo project or with Papa Romeo, he’s crafting electronic bangers for his other project FRANK ZING.

Excitingly, 2025 will see the release of Chris’ debut EP "For Me I Try".
