Dark Honey

Dark Honey are a five piece collective formed and fronted by Lorraine McColgan. Formerly with The Winters,'Dark Honey' is also the title of her debut album set for release in September 2017. Described as a subtle mix of 60's girl-beat, alt country, folk and dark soul, this eclectic first batch of songs were recorded and produced by Les Keye at Arad Studios at the tail end of 2016.. Her live band are made up of past and present members of esteemed acts such as Kila, Hazel O'Connor, The Swinging Swine and The Winters. Dark Honey are currently undertaking some choice support slots across Ireland as well as some of their own dates in preparation for their album launch in September.
