Greg Tisdall

Indie // Dublin, Dublin // He/Him

“dreamy indie-shoegaze inspired landscape” (Golden Plec)

"Tisdall continues to push boundaries and explore new sonic territories" (Hot Press)

A Dublin based singer songwriter whose output webs itself across a variety of genres, Greg Tisdall’s music retains an emotional urgency and hook laden quality irrespective of the sonics deployed. Tisdall’s previous pop material garnered Spotify editorial attention and press praise: "one of the artists on the forefront of future R&B in Ireland" (EARMILK).

Recent work includes producing Pippa Maloney’s ethereal electronic track ‘Falling’ alongside Rory Sweeney, while his upcoming ‘nosebleeds’ project marks a gear shift with Tisdall focusing on a more organic sound. Acoustic guitars, hazy leads and boxy drums are deployed to showcase Greg’s intimate, honest and at times humorous lyrical style.

Recent release ‘nosebleeds’ received notable airplay from 2FM, Radio Nova and Today FM and was described as an “absolute dream of an indie track… as charming as it is nostalgic.” (Hot Press).

While Greg Tisdall’s output is ever changing, the energy and connectivity of his live shows is a constant. “This pop artist is a natural performer, matching original material with a stage presence that was captivating” (Trinity News). Tisdall's “emotive and dance-inducing” (Golden Plec) live sets have sold out venues across Dublin including Whelans, Workmans and Bello Bar, earning Tisdall and his six piece band slots at Forbidden Fruit and All Together Now.
