Fresh from headlining MusicTown Festival, supporting act to Jerry fish in Tallaght Stadium, and participating in the Local Live Performance schemes, Jazzabelles are fast making their mark on the Irish live Jazz music scene!
As an all-women collective, we strive for our profile to make a difference and encourage more female artists to take part in Jam sessions, festivals and live events. We organise and lead jam sessions involving women nationwide and are actively supported by the Improvised Music Company with access to studio rehearsal space.
Introducing Jazz to a wider audience is one of the paramount goals in our endeavour. Jazzabelles pride themselves on playing standards with a fresh sensitive and collaborative approach so listeners can recognise and relate to the music instantly!

Our extensive and ever expanding repertoire is a reflection of all our members' different styles and tastes from bebop to latin, blues, swing and contemporary jazz. We hail from Ireland, France, Germany, Kuwait, Latvia and England, enriched by our various cultural backgrounds and forming a tight knit multi-generational group.
The core fabric of our band is a reflection on how cosmopolitan Ireland has become, boasting a wide variety of artists from different cultures, who all contribute to a growing and vibrant creative musical scene!
