Jennifer McMahon is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Northside Dublin. From an eclectic musical background, her music straddles the boarders of soul, folk, jazz and more recently, electronic.

Her debut self-produced album, Part of The Whole, recorded at Berklee's AKSS studio, was an exploration of the many different styles Jennifer takes influence from. The album is broad in its influences and has offered Jennifer to chance to arrange for and perform with bands of differing sizes, string quartets and even an orchestra.

‘Love Making’ the single released in January 2021, is the first completely self- produced track by Jennifer who wrote, recorded and mixed the song at home during the pandemic. It received radio play on the likes of Sean Brophy’s Jazzmine on Dublin CityFM and John Barker’s Totally Irish on 98fm.

On November 28th, 2021 Jennifer reunited with two of the main players from Part of The Whole in Nashville's Sound Emporium Studio (Johnny Cash, Taylor Swift, O Brother Where Art Thou OST) to lay down the tracks for her upcoming EP, Willow. The record is planned for release in August 2024 preceded by 3 singles from the EP. In a recent listening session, a favourite quote of In Another World; (sounds like) 'a church I want to go to'. Nods to Jonis Joplin and Lana Del Rey were welcomed references from listeners too.

Jennifer is an alumni of the renowned Berklee College of Music where she graduated with a masters in Performance and Production in 2017, preceded by a BA in Jazz Performance in 2016.

“Jennifer’s munificent charm and honesty is all too clear in her music which aims to embrace it’s listeners in musical refuge and individual uplift, with rounded-out low tones, smooth jazz-sensibilities and tender lyrics, from the heart to the heart.”
