Jenny is a 24 yr old singer songwriter from Dublin.
Jenny has performed on stage, (both solo and with band), several times in different venues including Whelans, The Workmans Club, The Stags Head as support for both Lesley Dowdall and Carol Keogh (MUZU TV Award Winner) and most recently in The Rosin Dubh in Galway.
As Jenny's song writing matures, she deals with many personal themes covering sexuality, love, loss heartbreak influenced by some challenging personal experiences.
Her influences range from Irish acts such as Wyvern Lingo, Gemma Hayes to the other side of music like Mango & Mathman. She also likes bands from Eliza Carty and The Wayward to Muse and Biffy Clyro. She cites Florence and the Machine as one of the main reasons she started songwriting. And on a night out she loves a bit of techno!!!
Jenny has also participated in "Suburban Sounds",(both as a performer and tutor), a songwriting and performance initiative run by SDCC which culminated in a number of live shows at The Ballyknockan Inn, (birthplace of The Knockanstockin Music Festival) and at Rua Red Arts facility in Tallaght, Dublin.
