Last Eden

Last Eden is an experimental music project by multidisciplinary artist, Aileen Wallace. Wallace is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and sound artist. Last Eden unites her passion for ambient music, improvisation, and sound art using bespoke DIY microphones, cassette recorders, synthesizers, and an array of unusual performance methods, and tools, drawing from both the analog and digital realms. It is through these mediums which she creates immersive and thoughtful sonic worlds, beckoning soundscapes and ethereal saturated tape loops, drones, and guitar swells.

Last Eden performances are a rarity, but each one unique. Every performance is bespoke and improvised live. Last Eden has featured an array of artists such as multi-instrumentalist and composer Ewa Gigon, Rossella Bottone (Fierce Mild,), Karen Hammond(Old Moon), and producer Alan Massey, therefore, not to missed. Some recent performances include The Workman's Club, Cork Improvised Music Club, and shows at Cork Sound Fair 2019, and Smock Alley Theatre.

Last Eden's debut cassette will be released on No Rent Records, Philadelphia, U.S on April 16th 2019.

Last Eden will also release her upcoming EP with United By Chaos Records in 2020.
