Delivering high-energy pop-rock with lush arrangements and rich vocal harmonies, Northern Irish quartet Madrai have quickly made a name for themselves. Their sound resonates with fans of Mk.Gee, Bricknasty, Inhaler, Kings of Leon, and John Mayer.

Madrai’s debut single, “Leaving on My Own,” recorded by Jonny Woods of Wynona Bleach and released on July 4th, 2024, reached notable early streaming milestones and received acclaim from The Beat.Ie, Chordblossom, Rock n' Load, and Hot Press. It also led to a sold-out performance at the Ulster Sports Club and a nomination for Northern Ireland Music Prize’s Single of the Year 2024.

In August 2024, the band won the Rockshore Battle of the Bands, surpassing 24 acts before headlining the Empire Music Hall for the SONI Christmas Special.

Madrai are putting the finishing touches to their debut EP, “What I’m Doing This For,” set for release in summer 2025. Fans can expect dynamic new tracks that refine and expand their signature pop-rock sound.
