Motionsickness are a punk/alt rock band you'll want to remember, here's all you need to know about this lively group! Vocalist Bonnie Lalor, Guitarist Kara Moore, bassist, Jack Donovan and drummer, Neil McEvoy have assembled to conjure such a fresh and unique sound while still retaining some nostalgic features. The release of their first EP "Smile, You're on Camera!" Is one to check out and their hard hitting singles, "Ollie", "Fat Brat" and "Big Freak" are just a taste of what they can do. Listening to their music is one thing but it's the live shows that have to be seen to be believed! The energy and raw power that emanates from this quartet is nothing short of astounding. Before Motionsickness came to fruition, vocalist, Bonnie Lalor and guitarist, Kara Moore started out as local buskers, shortly after that, the two started writing songs and experimenting with different sounds. They started playing cover gigs and got a taste for performing! It wasn't until a few years later that drummer, Neil McEvoy joined the group and transformed the band into something more, they played festivals such as Forest Fest and Electric Picnic and before they knew it they were regularly gigging around the country but something was missing. Bassist Jack Donovan joined the band in October of 2022 completing this band and making it what it is today. In such a short time these 4 young talents formed something fantastic and have been progressing ever since! With their unique style and sound Motionsickness are a hard band to forget.
