Niall Teague and Padraic Joyce

Best known as a powerful writing and performing duo, Niall Teague and Padraic Joyce
have become synonymous with diverse melodies, dancing acoustic guitars and vocal
harmonies that stir the emotions. Teague and Joyce songs are influenced by folk,
country and blues and are conscious of their Galway Home in the west of Ireland and
the stories of the ordinary and extraordinary people they encounter.  This band is on the
rise with a recent Grammy nomination shortlisted Album ‘What Will We Be’ under their
belt and new recordings on the way. 2024 saw the duo participate in a live recording
session for the series ‘Cuan an Cheoil’ with Liam ó Maonlaí which will be broadcast on
RTE Radio 1, RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta and online this year. They were also selected as official showcase artists at the 2025 YRAS conference Killarney.
