NoVendors are a high-energy four-piece original indie rock band from Cavan, Ireland, rapidly establishing themselves as one of the most exciting emerging acts on the Irish music scene. Since forming, they have built a reputation for electrifying live performances, combining anthemic guitar-driven soundscapes with modern alternative influences.

Comprised of Dara Cunningham (lead vocals and guitar), Gearoid Doherty (drums), Callum Kelly (lead guitar and vocals), and Adam Kelly (bass and vocals), the band brings together a dynamic blend of musicianship, melody, and raw energy. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Fontaines D.C., Inhaler, and The Beatles, NoVendors have developed a distinctive sound that balances driving indie rock rhythms with emotive and relatable songwriting.

Their rise has been marked by a series of standout achievements, including winning Battle of the Bands competitions at Toales (Dundalk) in 2024 and Blessing Bar (Cavan) in 2025, alongside reaching the finals of the Mike the Pies competition in 2023. The band have performed extensively across Ireland and the UK, appearing at major festivals such as Green Fields Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival (with a return invitation), Galway Arts Festival, Forest Fest, and Cavan Arts Festival, demonstrating both consistency and upward momentum in their live career.

Renowned for their powerful stage presence, NoVendors have played leading venues including The Sugar Club, Fibber Magee’s, The Sound House, and The Wild Duck in Dublin, as well as headline and showcase performances such as a sold-out show at Union Bar in Belfast and the Your Roots Are Showing showcase in 2026. Their grassroots approach, including regular high-energy busking on Dublin’s Grafton Street, has helped them build a loyal and steadily growing fanbase.

Musically ambitious and open to collaboration, the band have also performed alongside the Cavan Sinfonia Orchestra, most notably in a 2024 performance of ELO’s “Mr. Blue Sky,” highlighting their versatility and willingness to expand beyond traditional indie rock boundaries.
Currently recording their debut EP, following previous releases including “Ruby Rose” and “Ego,” NoVendors continue to develop their sound and reach new audiences. With a strong live reputation, proven track record, and clear artistic identity, they are firmly positioned as one of Ireland’s most promising emerging indie acts.
