Other Mother is a band of loud noises and quiet emotions. Inspired by artists such as bóa, Fiona Apple and Big Thief, the 5 piece Cork band bring the sounds of 90s alt-rock together with more mellow indie influences to speak in a voice unique to the bands personality.
The band is composed of lead singer Willow Esteve, bassist Cathal O'Sullivan, keys player Bláthnaid Marsh, guitarist Fionn Cogan and drummer Kate Byrne.
The band have enjoyed success performing in Cork in venues such as Cyprus Avenue and continue to gain experience drawing new crowds around the country with their high energy live sets. They are quickly establishing themselves as an exciting perspective making good times from bad things.
