Pop-noise-classical-improv-avant etc. Studied composition with Patricia Balmaceda and Joan Carles Sender. Decent stretches as composer/producer for Barcelona-based new-music label Discordian Records, house composer for Tiamat Teatre and member of Gamelan Penempaan Guntur, the first Spanish gamelan ensemble. In 2013 founded and curated a weekly free-improv concert in Gràcia, Barcelona (and one still running as of 2020, a true anomaly in the field). Crew member of the Niños Consentidos experimental art festival. Tenor voice in the chamber choir ARSinNOVA under the direction of Pere Lluis Biosca, their interpretation of Enric Morera’s La Viola D’Or winning the Enderrock prize for Best Classical Recording of 2015. Co-composed and co-produced the score to Ten Miles to Bisbee, which won Best Score in the Noves Visions section of the Sitges Film Festival. Lives between Barcelona and Sligo, Ireland. Currently writing for/playing with Miss Foreign Affairs, Ensemble PMV and Gulpt.
