Pat Lagoon

Pat Lagoon is a 26-year-old rapper from Waterford City in the south-east of Ireland, carving out his lane as one of the few Irish artists blending hip-hop with house, funk, and disco influences. His sound moves fluidly between high-energy club rhythms and smooth, melodic rap — a refreshing take that sets him apart in Ireland’s blossoming hip-hop scene.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Tyler, the Creator, Joey Bada$$, Mac Miller, Kaytranada and Majid Jordan, Lagoon has developed a style that is both experimental and accessible. Along the way, he has collaborated with standout Irish talents including Evan Miles, F3miii, and SX2, further showcasing his versatility and ear for genre-fusion.

Pat first came to attention with joint EPs Agua Sippin’ and Recess, and quickly proved himself on stage with a support slot for American rapper Token’s European tour at The Academy in Dublin. His catalogue has since expanded with a series of genre-bending singles that highlight his range — from hip-house party tracks to funk-infused rap anthems.
