ROOUE are an electronic alt-pop twin duo, merging gritty electronic production and dark pop infused stylings. They use glistening harmonization to create an honest and raw insight into love, loss and empowerment from vulnerability.

Dublin and London based, Ro and Lulu grew up in a home warmed by music and creative expression. With a music psychotherapist mother and “jazz nerd” father, their life was soundtracked by everything from soul, jazz, traditional Irish music to electronic experimental pop.

With their debut EP “Juxtaposition” they pay homage to these artists by infusing their own unique flair, crafting a sound that is both familiar and authentic. Despite their recent arrival on the scene, ROOUE’s previous singles have earned them millions of impacts on Irish radio and has achieved number 4 in the Irish Breakers Charts. ROOUE has been titled ‘one of the most exciting emerging acts on the Irish scene’.
