Runner are a Dublin, alternative rock band caught in the mire between the visceral and the dream.
Their music inhabits tensive guitars, dystopian rhythms and myopic vocals built for the live room. Runner have played in a sold out headline in Whelan's Upstairs, made their London debut in June at the Shacklewell Arms, their US debut in Pianos, New York; as part of the New Colossus Festival 2026, as well as headlining Whelan's Summer Watch 2026.
Runner are currently building out their next phase, since recently reshaping to a 5-piece with a busy period of gigs around the country from support slots to showcases.
Runner is Jonny Olden, Ryan McDonnell, Andrew Hudson, Shane O'Neill and Daniel Clarke.
