Sam Stevenson

Hailing from Kildare, Sam Stevenson, formally known as SVEN, is an exciting and ambitious presence in the Irish indie pop scene with a determined DIY spirit to his music.

A sharp all-around talent as a writer, producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist, his musical journey began in his early teens playing in secondary school rock bands, which quickly evolved into writing and producing his own music.
With time spent writing for other artists in LA and London, Stevenson has worked tirelessly to establish his own distinct take on indie pop, resulting in an unapologetically sincere message across his catalogue, accompanied by his dreamy RnB-esque vocals.

Sam Stevenson released his debut single ‘Shoreditch_’ in July 2020, a personal and inspirational tale of the strength and determination it takes to move outside of your comfort zone to pursue life goals. His follow up single ‘Frustration’ was released in April 2021 which marked the beginning of a big year ahead for him, with two more releases '1000x' and 'Rewind' both receiving widespread acclaim.

His music has been featured on Spotify editorial playlists such as New Music Friday UK, Chilled Pop Hits and New Pop UK. His music has also been played across many Irish radio stations such as RTE 2fm, FM104 and Spin 1038.
