Saoirse Mhór, reared in The Curragh Co. Kildare, left Ireland early eighties as suite a few people did. Travelled with guitar. Busked and played Germany. Fronted the popular Irish/German folk band Fleadh. Wrote the songs that brought multiple prizes at the German Rock and Pop Preis. Turned out solo CDs culminating in the 2017 release Ghosts of Tomorrow which received a nomination for the German Record Critics Award 4/2017.
Saoirse currently plays Germany with his trio and is again frontman in the exciting new Irish/German band Síolta.
