We're a morphing improvisational band from Belfast, Ireland centred around psychedelic rock, with roots also expanding into funk, jazz and doom. We pull from our tastes to create what we believe are immersive jams. Sometimes floating and other times travelling a million miles a minute.
Recently Space Shepherds have played live with acts such as WAND (US), Acid Mothers Temple (Japan), Slomatics, Wild Rocket, Sasquatch (US), and were invited to Germany to play Psychedelic Network Festival, Wurzburg as well as Devon, UK to play as part of Kozfest.
We often host underground psych nights in Belfast, and have released multiple albums of improvised psychedelic rock.
