Sub Type is the pseudonym for Mark Lillis, an electronic producer and musician from Dublin, Ireland.

Merging great melodies, beats and driving basslines Sub Type's musical style ranges from chilled-out down-tempo beats to breaks, house and techno.

Lillis' influences are broad; drawing from a multitude of innovators in modern (and not so recent) music - such as Booka Shade, Dominik Eulberg, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Max Cooper, Moderat, Unkle, Leftfield, Underworld, Orbital, Pink Floyd, The Cure, Sonic Youth... and many many more!
