TCXL landed on Earth with something to prove. A multifaceted artist, he arrived on the scene at age 18 with 2020's "Da Bollix", an intimate yet ambitious EP that balanced hedonistic lyricism and madcap energy with the occasional glimpses of a world-weary wisdom beyond his years. That project was an unfortunate victim of coming out at the beginning of the pandemic and was shortly followed by several personal losses. These experiences were an indelible influence on 2021's "Sounds & Noises", a more eclectic and elegiac project drawing from a more varied sonic palette, venturing into a distorted nightmare world fuelled by feelings of social withdrawal and isolation, born from sleepless nights spent trying to craft a perfect snapshot of his mindset at the time. TCXL is currently wrapping up work on his third project, "I Am Bollixed" with which he hopes to bridge the tonal gap of his first two and take his sound to new levels.
