The Caraher Brothers

The Caraher Brothers is made up of two brothers, Niall and Shane Caraher. Niall is the singer and has studied under Dr Veronica Dunne in the Royal Irish Academy of Music. He secured a scholarship to the Royal Irish Academy of Music while still in secondary school and was Dr Veronica Dunne's youngest ever student. Shane is the main songwriter and also plays the piano and guitar.
The Caraher Brothers style is best described as Americana although they are not limited to this style. The brothers have played together for years, covering a lot of the Irish classics (Grace, Parting Glass, The Old Man, Dirty Old Town). They have played for public figures such as the Lord Mayor of Dublin and in 2020, they began producing their own songs.
