The Hopeful Kind

Formed in the summer of '23, The Hopeful Kind are an indie pop band established by Donegal/Meath Duo Cara Ward (Vocalist/Songwriter) and Ruth Teeling (Songwriter/Vocals/Guitar).
The band are cutting their teeth playing venues across Ireland including Whelans, the Balor arts centre and Clubeo in Leo's tavern, Co. Donegal. They are set to make their festival debut in May, gracing a stage at Bloom festival in Phoenix Park.

With their debut single 'Wherever You Go' (Produced by talented Post-Party frontman, Keelan O’Reilly ( Love You Everyday, Wasting Time) and engineered by the brilliant Beardfire Studios) released Feb ‘24, the band have hit the ground running with the lively and energetic song and plan to follow it up with several more singles throughout the year that are sure to have listeners hitting repeat.
