The band have been developing a broad indie style that touches on many eras, while also creating a self-aware sound, a unique signature in the vain of artists like Bowie or the Stones. Fresh from sell-out shows supporting the Vagaries in Amsterdam, Dublin and Belfast, as well as their own sold-out headline show in Whelan's, the New Wave are gearing up for an eventful 2017. For one of the most promising bands in the country, more shows on the continent lie ahead as well as time in the studio to work on their debut LP, 2017 is going to be a breakout year for the talented outfit.
