Those Lions

After forming in early 2014 as a two piece, Those Lions' (then known as EQ1NIX) sound was originally heavily based on synths and electronics with atmospheric leads and distorted basslines. These days though, they have expanded into a full band setup as a four piece with a new sound.

2015 was a successful first year for the band; with the release of their first two singles "Pushed For Time" and "Hidden Truth" at each end of the summer, as well as a string of gigs in the latter half of the year including slots at The Belfast Empire Music Hall, Queens Students Union and headlining the first of Gigging NI's live showcases at The Pavilion. The band are sure to capitalise on this following the release of their debut EP early this year.
