Willow Hannon is an Irish singer-songwriter from Dublin. Growing up in a musical household, Willow has been writing songs since she was 13. Starting with the violin at age 4 she is now a multi-instrumentalist playing piano, guitar and drums. Her music is a mix of Indie Pop and Alternative, with vibrant electronic sounds, guitar riffs and catchy melodies. She draws inspiration from a variety of artists from Maggie Rogers, to Glass Animals, to Wolf Alice.
Despite only being 19 she has already played many shows and festivals in Ireland with her band ‘Opal Lights’ including Electric Picnic, Longitude, Indiependence and Sea Sessions.
She released her debut solo EP ‘Staring at Walls’ in June 2020, and is currently working on more music.
