Fulvetta

Labeled as "heavy-shoegaze", Fulvetta is Dublin's answer to the reincarnated modern shoegaze sound. The melancholic gloom of 90s alternative echoes throughout as brooding guitar riffs drenched in reverb and fuzz intertwine with whispered layers of vocals to create an intense, yet melodic, wall of sound.

The four-piece unmistakably draws from HUM and early Smashing Pumpkins, alongside shoegaze pioneers closer to home such as my bloody valentine. Recently experimenting with infusing second-wave emo elements in the vein of Sunny Day Real Estate to their already established sound, Fulvetta creates a bite-sized piece of 90s alt-rock nostalgia.
